Resource Library
The FWD-MN Resource Library is a collection of materials related to workplace democracy. It is available, free of charge, to FWD-MN members and those doing research on democratic workplaces. The Library consists of training materials from FWD workplaces, publications, magazine/newspaper articles and videos related to workplace democracy.

The organizational materials include bylaws and policies from democratic workplaces. The purpose of this collection is to help existing and start-up democratic workplaces develop their structures by providing real-world examples from other democratic workplaces. Workplaces sharing their documents sign a consent form which allows FWD-MN to share these documents only with those who work at democratic workplaces, provide technical assistance to democratic workplaces, are seriously interested in starting a democratic workplace or who are engaged in research on democratic workplaces. Individuals reviewing these documents are given a written disclaimer that clarifies the limitations of the information and how to is to be handled.

If you would like to borrow from or contribute to the FWD-MN Resource Library, please visit the Belfry Center at 3753 Bloomington Ave during their open hours: T,W,Th 4-8pm.
